Has anyone used NT-Max Liquid Super Shock in your septic system?
We have three cement rings through which the liquid dissapates after passing through the septic tank. We routinely pump the tank every two years.
I have a small issue from time to time with my septic system drain field. The second drain ring sometimes will have wet soil above it particularly after a good rain or snow melting. The other drain rings do not have this trait. There is no odor apparent.
I am considering the use of NT-Max Liquid Super Shock, has anyone used this stuff and if so what were the results. Thanks.
I have never used that brand before. There are hundreds of different type of bacteria. I have used bacterial treatments to remediate a drainage area before. The key is to know why the soil becomes wet above the one seepage pit (drain ring) but not the other two. THERE ARE NO MAGIC FIXES. If the NT-Max is making claims like ” restores ALL drainage areas” be leary. Each situation is unique. I do not believe that a bacteria can harm your system. Good Luck.
